Karen is a yoga teacher, healthy chef and nurse. Various yoga influences and a background in health sciences make Karen’s classes dynamic and creative with an emphasis in moving the body intelligently. Her approach to teaching is light and encouraging while challenging students at the physical and mental level.
She completed a 200-hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training with Fitness First Asia in 2013 and a 100-hour Absolute Hot Yoga Teacher Training with Yogaplus, Inc in 2016. She has attended intensive trainings and workshops with great teachers such as Joan Hyman, James Brown, Jason Crandell and Dr. Ray Long.
