Hot Yoga


Hot C classes put emphasis on developing upper body and core strength, which is essential to developing a deeper and stronger yoga practice. Hot C is a perfect complement to any other form of yoga!

The 90-minute intermediate level class combines Vinyasa Yoga and core-strengthening exercises and is practiced in a room heated from 32 to 34°C. Fluid transitions allow poses to flow from one to another, developing strength, stamina and flexibility. Postures vary from one class to another and is perfect if you prefer variety in every class.


Hot+ is a 90-minute, intermediate level, set sequence of hatha yoga postures practiced in a room that is heated to 37°C. Hot hatha yoga is a great cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and stretches the muscles in the body, providing a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. Combining postures from Hot A, B and Hot Hour, there is added emphasis on developing upper body and core strength, stamina and flexibility, essential to developing a deeper and stronger yoga practice.

This class is suitable for intermediate students.



Flow+ builds on the foundations that Flow has created and continues with building strength and flexibility. Slightly more advanced asanas and inversions, arm balances, creative sequencing characterize this class. Students will need to be more familiar with the poses and how to get into them safely. Flow+ may be faster and poses may be held longer compared with other Flow classes.

This 90-minute class is recommended for intermediate students.



Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a 90-minute flowing dynamic form of yoga which focuses on building inner heat. The following movements lead to an increase in strength, flexibility and energy.


This class will cover the entire first series of Ashtanga Yoga, a class based on the classical teachings of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.

It it taught in the traditional way where the asanas are called out and counted in Sanskrit. The class is slightly faster paced than the Half Primary class and recommended for intermediate students already familiar with Ashtanga.
